As we progress during this 2011 Fall Season, we feel it is imperative and crucial for every 16U & 18U player to get on the GoogleDocs, go under the “15u-18u Game Schedule Availability” document, click the 16U or 18U tab located in the lower righthand corner, find the Player’s Name, and fill out ALL AVAILABILITY FOR EVERY GAME!

The link below is the Full Schedule for the 16U’s & 18U’s. NOTE: Though the schedule is set for now. Different things may alter the scheduling of games (i.e. bad weather, field is double booked, etc.). So please consistently check the GoogleDocs in case there are changes to the schedule.

Dear Players and Parents,

Elite Baseball’s 14U Fall High School Developmental Teams tryout date has been announced for Saturday 9/17/2011 at 2PM at JSerra Catholic High School. The tryout will be conducted to fill out the rosters for two 14U Elite Teams. The combine style tryout will be run by Elite Coaching Staff and will be held on the Varsity field. Upon being selected to participate in the Elite program, the teams will consist of an Elite group of the top 7th and 8th grade baseball players in the area. This Developmental Team will be provided 14 college style practices and 8-10 games.

Elite Baseball’s mission is to improve the awareness of potential High School baseball players and their parents on the expectations of a top High School Program. The physical and mental on-field development of these select players and conditioning them properly to achieve success at the next level is our first priority. We also look forward to assisting in the evaluations of each player after our professional staff has worked with players first hand.

The Elite Developmental Teams will be me managed by Elite Baseball Instructor and Head Baseball Coach Brett Kay. After only five years, Kay won the Trinity League in 2009, was the Orange County Coach of the Year in 2009 as well as the Trinity League Coach of the Year. In 2011, Coach Kay’s team was a mainstay in the Baseball America High School Top 25, climbing as high as the 6th ranked team in the nation. Kay has had 21 players sign Division I National Letter of Intent, and many other have continued their baseball careers at the DII, DII and NAIA levels in his tenure as Head Baseball Coach. Kay played his college years at Cal State Fullerton as a catcher and was selected in the 7th round of the 2001 Major League Baseball Amateur Player Draft.

The tryout is MANDATORY for players that have not participated with Elite this past year. Also, we would like our current players who are members that are already on our 14U team to be present at the tryout as well. If a player cannot make the tryout, please let us know and we will do our best to set up a time to evaluate that player.
