It was a beautiful night for baseball on Friday at the 2nd annual Elite Baseball Series at UCLA’s Jackie Robinson stadium. The day featured an impressive array of talent, but two players obviously stood out from the group. Elite Baseball would like to congratulate Eric Snyder OF out of Edison High School and Tyler Krause OF/C out of Pinnacle High School in Arizona. Snyder literally touched all bases in the 3rd inning when he hit a home run and finished the game 2 for 3 with a double, 2 runs, 2 RBIs and a stolen base. Krause was not far behind as he went 3 for 4, with 2 singles, a double, 3 runs and an RBI. Keaton Siomkin was the winning pitcher for the black team and the final game score was Elite Black 8, Elite Gold 6.
